Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Some items (e.g. opened cosmetics, gift cards) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

How to Request a Return

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
