Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Some items (e.g. opened cosmetics, gift cards) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
How to Request a Return

- We will provide instructions and a return shipping address.
- Pack items securely and include your order number inside the parcel.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
