Shipping & Delivery
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipping notification with tracking once dispatched.
Delivery Options
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days, R60 flat rate, free for orders over R800.
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days, R120 flat rate, available in major cities.
- Rural/remote areas may require additional delivery time.
Delivery Coverage
- We deliver throughout South Africa, including all major cities and most rural areas.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
Packaging & Handling
- All orders are carefully packed to ensure products arrive in perfect condition.
- Eco-friendly and recyclable packaging is used wherever possible.
Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
- You can also track your order in your account dashboard if you registered at checkout.
Delays & Issues
- Delays may occur during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, strikes).

Shipping FAQs
Contact us immediately after placing your order. If it hasn't shipped, we can update your address.
We will assist in locating lost parcels and replace or refund any items damaged in transit. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We do not deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
We do not offer in-person collection at this time. All orders are delivered via courier.
Yes, a signature is required on delivery to ensure your order reaches you safely.
